Terms of service
These terms cover wholesale orders of PlugNStay hardware. Checkout authorizes your card. We capture it only after the factory confirms the order.
The short version
A kit covers 30 stays, bookings, rooms, or desks, depending on the property. The card is held, not charged, until we confirm within one business day. If a line cannot ship, that amount is released. We ship in the United States. Last updated October 9, 2026.
Who can order
PlugNStay sells to businesses equipping guest spaces. You confirm that you are ordering for a property or company, not as a consumer retail purchase.
Quotes and the cart
Adding a product or kit stores that list in your browser. Checkout authorizes the total. It does not reserve stock and it does not capture payment. We confirm with the factory within one business day, then capture. If a line cannot ship, we release that part of the hold and email you.
Pricing and minimums
Each product has a minimum order quantity. Volume discounts at 50, 100, 300, and 500 units show a percentage off the base tier. A kit is priced as one set for 30 stays, bookings, rooms, or desks. Color counts must add up to the quantity you are buying. Changing a color moves units. It does not add units. Where a kit offers MagLoop cables, you can leave them out before adding the kit.
Hardware
Product pages describe capacity, compatibility, and what is in the box. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives with a defect in materials or workmanship, contact us with the order reference and we will repair, replace, or refund that item. Ordinary wear, guest misuse, and damage after delivery are not defects.
Delivery and risk
We ship across the US. The shipping cost depends on the delivery address and is confirmed before your card is charged. Risk of loss passes when the carrier delivers to the address you gave us.
Site use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to break it, or copy our product copy and images for your own store. The PlugNStay name and product photos stay ours.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, PlugNStay is not liable for lost bookings, review scores, or other indirect losses. Our responsibility for a confirmed order is limited to the amount you paid us for the items at issue.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
